A ROADMAP FOR HYDROGEN ENERGY

GAIL is at the forefront of hydrogen energy production, leveraging its extensive infrastructure in natural gas transportation, processing, and petrochemicals. With over 4,500 km of gas pipelines and advanced processing plants, GAIL has initiated hydrogen production at its Pata facility, achieving a capacity of 150 kg/hr with 99.9985% purity. The roadmap outlines targeted hydrogen applications, including CNG-H2 combined dispensing for automobiles and fuel cell power systems. GAIL is committed to exploring innovative production technologies and sustainable energy solutions to advance the hydrogen economy.
