  1. MondayPredictions • How high do you think 4th graders can count in a minute? • Place an “x” on the line plot above the range of numbers. • We will be counting during Morning Meeting

  2. Tuesday Good Morning, Every day new things happen to us and we don't have time to share them. Today is an exception. Write down one new thing about you that no one knows…or most people don’t know. For example, my “secret” is that Mr. Biondi is on a trip this week. Write down your “secret” on the note card and give it to Mrs. Biondi or Ms. Lee. We will try to guess the secrets.

  3. Wednesday Dear Spring Chickens, Spring is coming soon. What is one thing that you look forward to in spring? Draw a picture of it on a note card and on the back of the card explain why it is important to you.

  4. Thursday What do you think about when you hear the words …poem or poetry? Write your answer on the chart. Make sure you initial below your answer.

  5. Friday • Dear Friends, Last year I finally got a Kindle. I did not want one for the longest time, but finally changed my mind. Write about something that you did not want and when you finally got it, you were glad. It could be a toy, food that you never tasted before-whatever you can think of. • Write your answer in your Writers Notebook. • Write about why you didn’t want it • When and how you got it • What made you change your mind • How you feel about it now.
