As in general owning a resident in Delhi and offering the house to the public improves the standard of living. That's for all the State and Central government going to employ DDA LDRA policy which aids to create an awesome living status for the low-level build houses. Why DDA LDRA policy? One of the main purposes for this policy is that which brings Delhi as a beautiful place as like in the past few years back. Y'all know that this city is one of the major cities in the list of working round the clock cities in India. Likewise, people also run to fulfill their daily work. In this occurrence, LDRP policy aid on to create the place of Delhi as a wonderful city. Furthermore, present residential infrastructure has huge things such as Drainage, water supply, Parking and Sewerage and many more. Therefore by considering such complexity the available Farmhouses in the villages are provided as the Low-Density Residential Area. Additional: This newly proposed policy will make the landowners pay a charge for the usage of exceeding FAR. Also, early farmhouses which are use higher floor areas are coming to proper shape via paying some amount.
