Bilingual Mailing • Major innovation for 2010. • Mailed to housing units in Spanish Assistance Tracts. • Mailed to about 10 million housing units in about 42 states plus D.C. • Excellent mailback rates. • English questionnaire for Replacement Mailing
Telephone Questionnaire Assistance • Telephone assistance available in 5 primary languages • Spanish line identical to English; live operators for the other 4 • Telephone service: Fulfillment, TQA, interviews.
