MAIN MESSAGE • What does it mean? 定义 IMPLEMENT THE RIGHT INSPECTION STANDARD执行正确的外观标准 • Why is there IRIS? 为什么使用IRIS EVERYBODY MUST INSPECT THE SAME WAY每个人应该用同样的方法检查 • What is IRIS? 什么是IRIS IRIS HAS 4 STEPSIRIS 有四个步骤

IRIS SYSTEM HAS 4 STEPS • STEP1: INSPECT THE PART 第一步: 检查产品 If defect is questionable: 如果缺陷不易判断 • STEP2: PUT ON IN-CAR POSITION FIXTURE 第二步: 将产品放在车身位置夹具上 If defect is visible: 如果缺陷是明显的 • STEP3: USE CARD TO MEASURE PRECISELY第三步: 使用外观检查卡量度是否符合标准 If defect is still questionable: 如果缺陷仍然不易判断 • STEP4: PUT ON RED RACK第四步: 将产品放在红车上

STEP1 OF IRIS SYSTEM • STEP1: INSPECT THE PART • 第一步: 检查产品 • According to check sheet根据检验卡上定义的标准检查 • Following inspection procedure (“eye path”)按照检查顺序(检查路径) • Respect the time defined in the “eye path”遵守”检查路径”上定义的检查时间

STEP2 OF IRIS SYSTEM • STEP2: PUT ON IN-CAR POSITION FIXTURE • 第二步:将产品放在车身位置夹具上 • Assembly line:装配线 • Upstream PC line: 前端PC线

STEP3 OF IRIS SYSTEM • STEP3: USE CARD TO MEASURE PRECISELY第三步: 使用外观检查卡量度是否符合标准

STEP 4 OF IRIS SYSTEM • STEP4: PUT ON IRIS RED RACK第四步: 将产品放在IRIS红车上

DON’T’s • WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO: 不应该做的 • Use red rack to store food, rubber band, label用红车存放食物,密封条,标签 • Use red rack as a temporary storage将红车当作临时存放架使用 • Throw bad parts (“basket ball effect”)随意扔不合格品 • Loose time hesitating犹豫不决而耽误时间 FORBIDDEN禁止

DO’s • WHAT YOU MUST DO: 应该做的 • Use IRIS red rack for each questionable part用IRIS红车装有疑问的产品 • Use red rack intensively每一次发现有疑问的产品都要使用IRIS红车 • Put bad parts in the scrap box carefully将不合格品小心地放入不合格品箱中 • Each time you hesitate, use IRIS system每次不好判断时,使用IRIS方法.

CONCLUSION • ONLY TOGETHER WE CAN SUCCEED只有一起工作我们才能成功 • END-OF-LINE INSPECTORS HAVE A KEY ROLE线末的操作工有一个关键的任务 • Detect defect:检查出缺陷 • Not too strong judgement 不要太严格 • Not too weak judgement 不要太放宽 • Just right judgement = STANDARD只进行合适的判断=标准 • Record defect in Kosu sheet: 将缺陷记录在KOSU表上 • Very precise type of defect准确地记录缺陷 • Alert if problem: 有问题时及时提出 • Call supervisor if doubt拿不准时请求主管帮助 • Get help from supercontrol从超检那里寻求帮助

GOOD BYE Thank you for your attention感谢大家的参与 Good luck TOGETHER WE WILL SUCCEED一起工作我们才能成功

Tests • 1°/ What should I do if I have a doubt on a defect? • 当发现一个缺陷又拿不准的时候我们该怎么作? • hesitate 犹豫不决 • put the part on red rack 将产品放在红车上 • call the plant manager 请求工厂经理帮助 • panic 不知道怎么办好 • check if the defect is visible on the in-car position fixture 确认产品在车身位置夹具上缺陷是否明显

Tests • 1°/ What should I do if I have a doubt on a defect? • check if the defect is visible on the in-car position fixture

Tests • 2°/ What do I do if there is no in-car position fixture? • 如果现场没有车身位置夹具时怎么办? • At the end of the shift I record the problem on the Kosu sheet 班后将问题记录在KOSU表上 • I skip this step of the IRIS system 跳过IRIS的这一步 • I put the part at 1m with an angle of 45° to simulate in-car position 将产品放在一米远并呈45度夹角的地方模拟车身位置夹具继续IRIS步骤 • I panic 不知道怎么办好

Tests • 2°/ What do I do if there is no in-car position fixture? • I put the part at 1m with an angle of 45° to simulate in-car position

Tests • 3°/ Where do I find the definition of the defects? • 在那里可以找到缺陷的定义? • In my personal feeling 凭个人感觉 • In the check sheet agreed with the customer 在客户认可的检验卡上 • In the work instruction 在操作作业指导书上 • On a sheet in the office 在办公室的某一份文件上

Tests • 3°/ Where do I find the definition of the defects? • In the check sheet agreed with the customer

Tests • 4°/ Who can help me if I have a doubt? 在拿不准的情况下谁可以帮助我. • Quality engineer 质量工程师 • Supercontrol inspector 超检 • Supervisor 主管 • Nissan 尼桑 • My team leader 我的班长

Tests • 4°/ Who can help me if I have a doubt? • Quality engineer • Supercontrol inspector • Supervisor • My team leader
