  1. EAYSO2 Web Training Game Scheduling

  2. Objectives • Create a region's round robin match schedules. • Modify a region's match schedules. • Delete a match schedule.

  3. Prerequisites • Teams must already be created in eAYSO. • Quantity of fields. • Divisions must already be created in eAYSO. • Dates and times should already be decided. • Match duration should be known.

  4. Accessing the Scheduler Select Region Select Game Select Schedule

  5. Game Scheduling Main Window Membership Year Selector Region Selector Reschedule Tab Existing Schedule Add New Schedule

  6. Add Schedule Navigation Tab Select Program Division and Gender Schedule Name Start and EndDates

  7. Select Teams Select teams

  8. Select Fields Select Fields from available fields After selecting the fields, click here to set days and game times Click here to add a new field

  9. Setting Days and Times Field Name is not editable Set start and end time of field. Length of game and time between games. Click on the days to apply the times, Applies the times and dates to all selected days and fields in schedule.

  10. Schedule Preferences The number of games a team plays the entire schedule.
