Open discussion • Please state your Name, S/A/R and Role • Share some way that you use eAYSO that you think can benefit another person in that Role • For example a report you find especially useful • Or some feature of eAYSO that you might use in a way that others might not have thought of • Some dropdown that you found especially helpful

  4. A Few Questions to get us started • How many of you use the History Tab? • What to remember when moving Players and Volunteers. • When do you use the ‘Update Volunteer or Player Info’ Link and why? • Should an Instructor ever use the ‘Add Roster Attendee’ button?

More Questions.... • What is an efficient way to find people with NE applications so you can contact them to ‘Update’ the application? • When helping a Volunteer or Parent to reset a password which routine should we use? • How can I verify a Volunteer’s claim that they took a class awhile ago but didn’t get credit?
