The selected parcels must exceed 4,000 square feet, be vacant or in the land bank, and fit specific zoning criteria without proximity to industrial zones. This analysis will consider current population patterns, RTA rail stop accessibility within 1,000 feet, and ensure properties are outside the floodplain and have a slope of no more than 0.20 feet. A comprehensive thematic map will illustrate the final selected parcels and associated demographic data.
