It contribute 48% of home loan business of HDFC Ltd • Consistent growth in business @ 5% despite recession • Received 61000 home loan applications against 60000 applications last year • Strong team of 1715 Mortgage professionals • Disbursed loans amounting Rs.6500 crores for the year 2009- 2010 (till Dec 2009).

Financial Services • Financial Services offers services in more than 100 cities and is continuously expanding its reach • Team of 305 Sales professionals across the spectrum of financial management enabling them to meet a range of financial needs • It offers wide range of products like Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposit Receipts, Portfolio Management Services etc

HDFC Realty • HDFC Sales manages the HDFC Realty business which offers property solutions – buying, selling, leasing to Individuals and Corporates • HDFC Realty is present in 17 cities across the country and in Dubai. • Successfully closed 847 deals (till Nov 09) against 722 deals last year • Strong team of 103 dedicated professionals and the number is still growing • Business growth is consistent and plan to come up with more offices to cater international clients also.
