SOFTWARE INSTRUCCIONAL DE NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD EN LA NAVEGACION ARTESANAL PARA LA PREVENCION DE ACCIDENTES DE LOS PESCADORES DEL MUELLE DE PLAYA BLANCA – PUERTO CABELLO • OBJETIVO GENERAL: • Diseñar un Software Instruccional de normas básicas de seguridad en la navegación artesanal; para la capacitación de los pescadores de Playa Blanca.

SOFTWARE INSTRUCCIONAL DE NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD EN LA NAVEGACION ARTESANAL PARA LA PREVENCION DE ACCIDENTES DE LOS PESCADORES DEL MUELLE DE PLAYA BLANCA – PUERTO CABELLO OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS: • Diagnosticar las debilidades que presentan los pescadores en cuanto a Los conocimientos de normas de seguridad en la navegación artesanal. • Estudiar las normativas de seguridad de la navegación artesanal que se van a implementar en la capacitación de los pescadores. • Determinar la factibilidad técnica, financiera, económica y el capital social para diseñar un software instruccional con las normas básicas de seguridad de la navegación artesanal. • Aplicar el software instruccional con las normas básicas de seguridad en la navegación artesanal a los pescadores de Playa Blanca. • Evaluar el uso del software instruccional en el proceso de formación de los pescadores del muelle de Playa Blanca de Puerto Cabello.
