FORMA DE CONTRATACIÓN - TRABAJADORES PORTUARIOS: • El trabajador portuario está vinculado al empleador portuario mediante contrato de naturaleza indeterminada y discontinua, el cual queda perfeccionado con el nombramiento. • Esta forma de contratación se justifica en el tipo de prestación llevada a cabo. • Las remuneraciones se calculan y abonan por jornada o destajo. Los pagos se efectúan semanalmente.
