  10. 4 Good Advices • An imperfect quick decision is best than a perfect delayed decision. Just do it! • Don’t pick the most difficult first. Once you learn one, you get 50% of the next one. • Pick technologies which interest you and never stop learning. Programming skills are always transferable. • Don’t use job vacancy statistics as a reason for learning a language! However make sure there is a market for it.

Selection Process • Application reviewed by committee that verifies each applicant is eligible. • After reading the application and resume carefully, applicants are chosen according with background best suited for each role. • Chosen applicants are invited to a group interview (up to 40 are chosen) • From the group interview – up to 22 are selected to receive scholarship.
