  2. What are Sled Dogs? • Sled dogs are dogs that run races, and they pretty much pull a human on a sled many, many miles. There are sports for these things, and people have won money doing these races and other things.

  3. The Different Types of Sled Dogs • There are many types of sled dogs, but here are a few. There is the Alaskan Malamute, the Samoyed, the Siberian Husky, the Greenland Dog, and the Chinook.

  4. Abilities to Withstand the Cold • These dogs keep warm during the cold by well… you probably guessed it, running. Running probably keeps you warm when you’re outside, and the same happens with sled dogs. The mushers (the sled dog driver) don’t let them rest much, cause’ they’ll get too cold.

  5. Training Sled Dogs • If you want info on how to train a sled dog, click here. Anyways, some ideal sled dogs would be the Alaskan Husky, the Alaskan Malamute, or the Siberian Husky. (Those are the most popular ones that I’ve seen) (Sorry, I’m sort of lazy!)
