  9. Lessons Learned • Local business holding seminars (replacement for professional groups) • Some other groups in Northeast Indiana are struggling and some have discontinued • Local business structure is procedure and suppresses career interest

  10. Goals for Next Year • More Officers • More Officers at several companies • More Officers in key positions • 20% (~70 members) meetings
