Broadband Project Updates
On February 1, 2007, Lansing, Michigan, provided updates on its broadband initiatives, highlighting significant funding achievements. A total of $13 million in RBI-approved projects and $18 million in pre-RBI-approved projects have been secured across various service providers, impacting 65 counties and over 375 cities. An additional $3.7 million in near-term RBI applications is pending. This initiative aims to improve broadband access, showcasing the commitment to achieving connectivity goals for the region.
