  2. Turning the iPad On • Press the Power Button until the Apple forms on the screen. • The iPad will then show you the Home screen with all of the app icons.

  4. Using iPad Basics • Tap app icon to open it • Swipe screen to see next page/screen • Tap the Home Button to return to the Home Screen of app icons • Press down power button to put iPad to sleep • Press and hold down power button to shutdown the iPad

  5. Other Information • The app called Mobicip will be used as the Internet browser. It filters content anywhere outside the MACCRAY network. • It's OK to use WiFi connections outside of the school. If have questions about how to connect, please ask. • iPad can be found if lost

  6. Cleaning Screen • Never use liquid to clean screens. Best material to clean the screen with is microfiber cloth.

  7. If iPad is Thought to be Lost or Stolen • A police report must be filed by parent/guardian or student and brought back to the High School Principal • If iPad is found again, the iPad will not be returned to the student until the police report is received and reviewed

  8. Lastly... • Parents should also work with the iPads • We are attempting to schedule some dates through community ed to train parents • Having a $500+ piece of technology is a big responsibility
