Rudder’s Lab #315 October 2009 • Situation: Brown-shirts need to learn land navigation skills • Mission: The Rudder’s Rangers company teaches land navigation skills to the new brown-shirts in Heldenfelds Hall on 1600-1800 15 October 2009 in order to develop their land navigation proficiency • Execution • Intent: Train brown-shirts on land navigation • End State: Brown-shirts have an increase knowledge of land navigation • Timeline: See attachment • Task to Cadre: CDT Thompson gives block instruction, CDT Gruning is secondary; 1PL TL’s are demonstrators • Task to Pin Members: SL’s & TL’s demonstrate hands on training to brown-shirts, PSG and up supervise and assist as needed • Coordinating Instructions • Uniform • C/O, X/O, PL’s, 1SG, PSG’s: Rudder’s C&T’s • SL’s, TL’s: ACU’s, LBV/LCE, Ruck • Brown-shirts: ACU’s, LBV/LCE, Ruck • Service Support • Materials and Services • 114 Maps/Protractors • Paper/Pencils
