  3. Shoreline Erosion What happens to eroded rock? • Rock that is eroded is carried towards the ocean as sediment • Becomes sand • Becomes deltas • Becomes sea-bed

  5. Shoreline Erosion • Headlands • Finger-shaped projections • Form when sea cliffs erode • Hard rock erodes faster than the soft rock
