The Learning Mentor Pilot aims to build on the successes of the Behavior Improvement Programme (BIP) in schools. By utilizing data analysis and incorporating flexibility, this initiative focuses on cross-phase aspects and assisted transfer for effective implementation. With a whole school framework, we promote social and emotional wellbeing through quality teaching of skills to all children. Our approach includes WAVE 1 interventions for all, WAVE 2 small groups and families, and WAVE 3 for individual support through specialists like Educational Psychologists and CAMHS.
