  6. EXAMEN PHYSIQUE • Asymétrie abdominale • Voussure abdominale • Douleurs abdominales provoquées • Masse abdominale

  7. EXPLORATIONS RADIOLOGIQUES • ASP • Transit du grêle • Image de soustraction • Scanner abdomino-pelvien • Masse intestinale • Entéro-scanner ++++ • IRM

  8. EXPLORATION ENDOSCOPIQUELA CAPSULE ENDOSCOPIQUE

  9. TRAITEMENTS • MEDICAL • Lymphome • GIST • CHIRURGICAL • Adenocarcinome • carcinoïde

  10. TRAITEMENT CHIRURGICAL • Duodénum • DPC • Jéjunum et iléon : résection segmentaire avec curage ganglionnaire et anastomose jéjuno-jéjunale ou iléo-iléale. • Dernière anse iléale ou valvule iléo-caecale : Résection iléo-caecale ou hémicolectomie droite avec résection de l’anse iléale atteinte
