  2. Do what is best for the organization Don’t try to please everyone Look for solutions It is neither "your way" nor "my way" but the best way. Leadership Is Not A Popularity Contest.

  3. You do not have all the answers. Keep an open mind. Consider fresh ideas. Leaders Are Stimulating

  4. Be a “Champion of Change.” Challenge the members to find new approaches to challenges. Don’t accept the status quo. Don’t repeat past mistakes. Leaders Are Innovative

  5. Involve everyone. Delegate jobs and duties. Ask and they will give. Leaders Are Influential

  6. Keep the goal in mind. Look for win-win solutions. Leaders Are Diplomatic

  7. Inspire your members to take ownership. This is not Myclub, it is Ourclub Leaders Are Inspirational
