New Indiana Law • House Enrollment Act 1482: • Seal arrest record; • Expunge certain convictions; • Prohibits an employer from discriminating against such persons by refusing to hire • Restricts an employer’s ability to request information from applicants regarding criminal convictions that have been expunged INDIANA UNIVERSITY
