School Records • All schools shall admit children who are between the ages of six and twenty-one years, who reside in the school district, and who meet the requirements for enrollment in one of the grades or programs offered in the school. ARS §15-821c • For elementary schools, children who are between the ages of six and sixteen • For high schools, children who are between sixteen and twenty-one

School Records • Student Admissions • A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate (or other reliable proof of identity and age) • Proof of residency (or Homeless Qualification or Open Enrollment Form) • Immunization Records • Withdrawal Form from Previous District • Custody Papers (if applicable)
School Records Student Admissions The parent, guardian, or surrogate will be given thirty (30) days to provide documentation requested. If documentation is not provided, a letter will be sent to notify the parent, guardian, or surrogate that unless the documentation is provided within ten (10) days, the local law enforcement agency will be notified.
School Records • Homeless Students • The school selected by the homeless student shall immediately admit the homeless student, even if the student is unable to produce records normally required for enrollment, such as previous academic records, medical records, proof of residency, or other documentation.
School Records • Records Request • Upon enrollment of a transfer student, a school shall request directly from the pupil’s previous school a certified copy of the pupil’s record including attendance, disciplinary, and other educational records.
