Exploring the Role of Undifferentiated Cells in CYR61/CTGF and WISP Signaling Pathways

This study examines the involvement of undifferentiated cells in critical signaling pathways related to the CCN (Cyr61, CTGF, and WISP) family. Focusing on CYR61/CCN1, CTGF/CCN2, WISP2/CCN5, and WISP3/CCN6, we analyze their interactions with actin and their implications in cellular differentiation processes. Through a series of experiments over four weeks, we uncover how these pathways can influence cellular behavior and contribute to various biological functions. Our findings may offer insights into tissue development and regeneration.
