Kontrol Opstart af behandling • Afvænning ambulant / under indlæggelse (NHO, i 14 dage) • Henvisning via SL • Stuegang via NHO-L • Rådgivning / støtte via sygepl. • (= koordinator for afvænningsforløb) Sygeplejerskekontrol sygeplejerske (2-3 uger efter 1. kontrol, gange flere ved behov / tlf.samtaler) SL og JL - kontrol, 30 min - 8-16 uger efter forundersøgelsen - Effekt af behandling?
