Office 365 Project Update

As of November 28, 2012, we've successfully migrated over 2,500 accounts to Office 365, with a target of 4,000 by year's end. Currently, we process about 300 accounts weekly through a manual migration process that includes pre- and post-migration steps. We face challenges, including high email volume affecting mass mailers (1,500 emails per day) and slowness in system access. Efforts are underway to improve access time and ensure a smooth integration of students, faculty, and staff into the Office 365 platform.
