  3. www.ocas.ca • VIEW TUTORIAL click ‘Highschools/Boards’ scroll to the bottom of the page click ‘TUTORIAL’ • Need Ontario Education Number (OEN) • Identify college and program – record ‘program code’ • Username = your e-mail address • Create own password (note restrictions) • Have payment information handy (credit card info) • Click on ‘Apply Now’ • Complete application • Pay fees • Print acknowledgement and payment receipt

  5. COST • $95.00 for 5 choices • Fees are non-refundable • NO cash *Note: • May choose a maximum of 3 programs at any one College • Practice tutorial for the on-line application available from our website and www.ocas.ca

  6. IMPORTANT DATES • Application due date: February 1, 2012 • Reply from Colleges: February 1 – April 30, 2012 • Last date College requires your reply: May 1, 2012 • Earliest date College requires tuition: June 15, 2012

PROCESS • Click on ‘APPLY’ • Click on ‘Sign Up’ to create an account • Create ‘Username’ (e-mail address) & ‘Password’ • Check your e-mail for verification of your account information • After creating account – ‘Sign In’ to start application process • From main menu click on ‘Apply to College’ • Pick ‘start date’ for college program • Record assigned ‘Application Number’ & ‘Account Number’ • Complete ‘All About Me’ section • Know your OEN

PROCESS cont’d • Complete ‘Program Choices’ section • List choices in order of preference • Review your program choices • Save your program choices • Complete ‘Experience’ section (if applicable) • Complete ‘Payment’ section – have credit information ready • Print payment receipt • Check your email for acknowledgement that your application & payment has been processed

  9. PROCESS cont’d • Click on ‘Confirm’ to find info on accepting an offer, financing your education, view, accept and confirm an offer of admission • Check your email for acknowledgement of acceptance of an offer
