  2. Did you know that you can print out students’ schedules, interim reports and other information?

  3. ReportsYou can print various reports whenever you want without having to wait for your PowerSchool or school administrator to do it for you. PowerTeacher offers custom reports, as well as preconfigured reports. Using the Reports link in the main menu, you can generate reports for all students in your classes. Or, using the Printer icon on the Current Classes page, you can generate reports for an individual student within a particular class or for the entire class. Today we are going to print for individual students.

  4. Printing a report for an individual Student. From the PowerTeacher start page click on the Student Information Center (Book Bag)

  5. Next, select the student who information you would like to view, and then select Print a Report from the select screens menu. Students’ list

  6. On the Print a report screen, select the report you would like to run by clicking on the (1)drop arrow, and than click (2)submit. 1 2

  7. Once you click submit it will take you to the report queue screen. To view the report click on the view link. If your report is still processing you can click the (2) arrow next to refresh and pick a time, and the system will automatically refresh itself when the time is up. If you have old reports you would like to delete, select the (3)trash can next to that report or select (4)delete all to delete all old reports at the same time. 2 1 3 4 *Note: The latest report will be on the top.
