Integral Evangelization • Through: • Parishes • Formal Education • Communications • Health Care • Self-Help Groups(SHG) • II. The main activities of the Organism: • Good Pastoral plans in Parishes • Providing quality Education • Spreading Good News • Expanding our mission to the rural areas • Forming the East Africans for • Evangelization Councils set for fulfilling the Priorities • Pastoral • Economic • Publication • Vocation

The pastoral & Mission procure councils & its functions: • Works in liaison with the prefecture of Apostolate • Preparing pastoral plan • Studying the annual plans of the community • Planning for the Mission expansion • Processing projects, keeping alive the mission and JPIC consciousness • b) The Economic council and its functions: • Works in liaison with the prefecture of economy • Studying the budgets and giving recommendations • Ensuring internal and external auditing • Ensuring accountability and Transparency • Collecting the statements of Accounts and sending to the provincial government • Making & implementing a self sufficient economic plan • Introducing Tally program in our accounting and customizing it to our need Evaluation: Twice in a Year

Main Ministries: Pastoral Places Musoma Mission • Makoko Family Centre: • ORIGIN: • 1st Mission given to CMF in 1995, meant for Laity Formation. • Main Objective was “Forming the Family as a whole” • SUBSIDIARY PROJECTS: • Carpentry, Poultry, Piggery, Rabbitry, Nursery & Dispensary • ACTIVITIES: • Seminar on Marriage Life • Awareness Programs • Seminar for the youth • retreat for Priests & Lay and Different Clinical Camps • (WITH THE HELP OF DONORS) • CHALLENGES: • Lack of Donors caused to carry on the training programmes • Centre did not have enough resources • Many other Centers came up to cater the needs of the • people and to form the laity in the same diocese

Boarding for Boys & Girls 84 Students • Started in M.F.C. : 2005 • Students : 500 • Staffs : 55 • Co-curriculum: French, Computer & Music • Achievements: 1st batch (Class VII) for national exam & Awarded “Grade A” by the regional administration • Collaborators: Sisters of Adoration of Ble.Sacrament 2011 - 2012 FUTURE PLAN:To Begin Sec. Our Presence in Moshi Diocese • Since Last year (2010) • One priest is serving as an assistant in a Parish (BomaNg’ombe) • A land is Purchased for the Construction of Postulancy Social Ministries • FACE:(Friends Association • For collaborative Education) • Mobilizing the local people • to contribute for educating • the Poor children • introduced in 2 parishes • Self-help groups • A group of 10 or 15 Women Save $1 each Per week • Saved money is given As loans among themselves • So far 10 groups
