  6. Lean Awareness • Self delivered by OpX staff (2-3 hours) • Uses a game (with Clipo Blocks) to get across key Lean concepts of Customer, Process, Value Adding & Waste • Also shows the benefit of Lean Tools like 6S, Process Improvement & Visual Management

  7. Lean Practitioner- All Job Families & Supply Chain • Understanding WHY • Understanding how to Implement Core Lean Toolkit • Understanding how to run a Lean Improvement project

  8. Lean Practitioner • Self delivered by OpX staff • 2 Day Course covering the theory • Follow up by OpX staff to support the delivery of an actual Lean Improvement project on a scheme or in part of the Carillion business

  9. Lean Champion- Senior Managers & Business Leads • Understanding WHY • Understanding how to champion & support Lean Implementation • How to monitor a Lean Improvement projects progress

  10. Lean Champion • Self delivered by OpX staff • 1 Day Course with ongoing support from the OpX team and each other • Cohorts of Champions who can influence the implementation of Lean on their individual projects and wider throughout Carillion

  11. Green Belt (Intermediate)- OpX Job Family & Key Project Leads • Understanding how to Implement Core Lean Toolkit • Understanding how to run multiple Lean Improvement projects • How to support Lean Implementation

  12. Black Belt (Advanced)- OpX Job Family • Understand how to implement & train the Lean Toolkit • Understanding how to run multiple Lean Improvement projects & mentor others • How to lead Lean implementation & train

  13. Master Black Belt (Master)- OpX Job Family • Understand how to implement & train the Lean Toolkit • Run multiple Lean Improvement projects & mentor others including senior staff • How to lead Lean implementation & train
