This project explores the intersection of digital tools and culture, aiming to empower Fijian individuals to portray their own cultural identity using technology. Through fieldwork in Rakiraki, Fiji, the study utilizes digital cameras and recording devices to facilitate cross-cultural communication between American and Fijian high school students. The final product includes interactive web-based cultural learning tools and the dissemination of ethnographic materials. The project not only serves as a model for future digital ethnography endeavors but also fosters continual cross-cultural communication and engagement among participants.
