  3. Implementation: Apply for participation before 15/10/2002 Accept on first come, first serve basis Advise level of pupils Send the self-introductory letters to participating schools before 28/10/2002 Adjustment Communicate with each other Arrange meetings with the pen pals in May/June, 2003

  4. Important Notes: Ensure pupils respond to letters received Try not to mark or correct pupils’ mistakes (Try to give guidance and help in advance)
