Community Recovery Frame
The Community Recovery Framework is designed to collaboratively address the needs of the Shirley-Papanui community in the aftermath of recent challenges. Focusing on stabilizing the current situation, transitioning to recovery, and fostering resilience, we aim to prioritize the welfare of vulnerable populations, enhance homes and heating solutions, and improve access to shared facilities. Key areas of focus include economic stability, supporting employment, and enhancing community engagement. Together, we will shape a thriving and sustainable environment for all residents.
