The Extended Opportunity Program and Services (EOPS) is designed to support California residents enrolled in college full-time. Eligible students must be enrolled for at least 12 units, qualify for a Board of Governors Waiver, and have completed fewer than 70 degree-applicable units. Additionally, the CARE Program is available for EOPS students who are single parents or heads of household, 18 years or older, receiving TANF/CalWORKs, and have a child aged 13 or younger.
