  13. Donna A has been asked to dedicate at least 50% of her work day to NCEES resulting in the monthly webinars and face to face training. Rachel has been asked to dedicate 100% of her time as the Interim Consultant for Teacher Education. We do not want the LEAs in Region 4 to experience a lack in service. We do not want to drop the level of training and support for the online tool as this work is getting rave reviews. Why?

  14. Remove Rachel – temporarily – as a Region 4 PD Lead. Shift Jody from Region 5 to Region 4 to serve as a PD Lead. Shift Cynthia from Region 3 to Region 5 to serve as a PD Lead. Cynthia has commitments with Guidance team and Paul with the Math team. Greg & Mary are willing to support and fill in with Region 5 as needed. Donna will continue with NCEES work first including webinars on the teacher tool and adding webinars for the principal tool. She will also do Region 4 work as her calendar allows. Our Plan

  15. Issues Bin • Be sure to update your McREL contact list. • Send DeLea the questions you are getting on evaluation and other RttT issues.
