Objectives 1.1.1.1 Select Regional Operator/Fiscal Agent (RO/FA) 1.1.1.2 Establish measures for RO/FA contract performance reporting 1.1.1.3 Begin receiving quarterly reports for RO monitoring 1.1.1.4 Align board committees 1.1.1.5 Develop understanding of macro issues impacting workforce 1.1.1.6 Completed Board Development Plan
