Professional DC Electric Powered Lawn Care Products

Echo Inc. presents a range of professional DC electric powered lawn care products that are safe, zero emissions, and quiet. These products are designed to be adaptable, comfortable, and lightweight, offering long running time per charge and variable speed control. With computer-controlled NiMH cartridge battery and left or right-hand application, our products are cost-effective and feature a comfortable carrying frame with shoulder straps for stability. They come with a flexible power cable and meet the ANSI B.175.2 noise level requirements at 56 dB(A). Our product range includes hand-held blowers, stick tools (power head hedge clipper, edger, string trimmer), power pruner, articulating hedge clipper, dethatcher, broom, tiller, and edger. We also offer the Pro Attachment Series (PAS) for conventional type hedge clipper. The current status of development includes preliminary testing, completion of the second-generation prototype and temporary tooling, and completion of a market research study. However, the products have not been released for production, and there are challenges and concerns such as the lack of a clear path to market, high battery costs, high tooling costs, and a small market size.
