Project Name • The name associated to the project plays a critical role in user acceptance and ownership of the system. • A Positive name helps with: • Change Management (people feel part of something new, and hence are more willing to change) • Ownership of the system (Users start contributing in a positive way) • Keeps a consistent image of the system • Drives a cultural message and lines up with corporate vision • What is our Project’s name?
