Trees. By Elliot age 8. On my holidAY this year, I saw the oldest tree in the u.k. It was over 1000 years old. It was an oak tree that grew from an acorn. Here is a picture of it…. it was in sherwood forest, in nottingham.

  3. it was in sherwood forest, in nottingham. Oak trees take, 300 years to grow, 300 years to live, and 300 years to die. So this tree is very, very old.

  4. Trees die from the inside These trees were also in sherwood forest, they must be very old too.

  5. I also took photos of trees bark, as I think it looks very interesting

  6. Sherwood forest had thousands of trees and was a really good place to walk around
