PAYMENT BY CHECK Checks are accepted then deposited and must wait ten business days to clear. If the customer's check clears on the tenth day the customer's purchase will be shipped. RETURNS & WARRANTEES RETURNS A 30 day return policy is applied to all products. The exception are final sale products. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all instructions in original boxes & and accessories such as screws and mounting brackets. Within 30 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise a refund will be issued in the manner in which it was paid( for example, credit card purchase will be issued a credit to that customers credit card) . Shipping is paid by the customer for all returns. Shipping is not a refundable expense. Any shipping charges incurred by RELIABLE CHIMES, INC. from UPS or USPS shall be deducted from the refund.
