  2. Introduction • When a Deaf person is working around the office. • They need to informed of e-mail updates. • This can be done by connecting an email to a cell phone via Bluetooth. • Deaf people use SMSs and Vibrations the most on their cell phones.

  3. User Requirement Document (URD) • An update is send to the phone via Bluetooth • The phone vibrates to alert the user of the new inbox mail

  4. Requirement Analysis Document (RAD) • Receiving the e-mail. • Gmail API sends a Signal to a win32 application. • Win32 application runs Bluetooth code. • Bluetooth code sends an SMS. • Mobile phone vibrates. • SMS received on the mobile phone.

  5. Project Road Map • Had a meeting with the some stakeholders and gathered their requirements. • Analyzed the data collected. • I will perform user interface specifications and make a simulator. • Perform high & low level designs then implement the solution. • Testing & debugging. • Question and Answers
