    1. eTaconic Tutorial Using the Inventory Report (Excel tips and tricks)

    2. New eTaconic Reports Release Overview Why Change the Activity Reports? Current eTaconic Activity Reports Consolidates both summary and detailed inventory and billable (resource) activities into one report As a result, this report was far too cumbersome to use as one report very large files, not user friendly, etc. Not downloadable in a more user friendly format Unable to view resources for multiple weeks Inability to compare to an invoice Not enough animal information within colonies Taconic recognized the need for another reporting mechanism to allow our customers to better monitor colony specific billable (resource) transactions and activities.

    3. New eTaconic Reports Release Overview eTaconic Reports are New and Improved! NEW Now Three (3) Separate Reports to replace one (1) activity report NEW Report 1: Inventory Summary Report High level overview of current animal inventory NEW Report 2: Inventory Detail Report Detailed animal information now available in a downloadable Excel file. NEW Report 3: Resources Report Display key billable (resource) activities currently recorded for easier comparison against invoice Various other software issues resolved.

NEW Inventory Detail Report Information you will find on this report include: Detailed information regarding Inventory only Individual animal information for Active Breeders Replacement Breeders Holding Animals Now includes Breeder cage Setup date Reservation information File is Downloadable to Excel, providing the ability to sort data.

    6. NEW Inventory Detail Report The old Activity Report included both inventory summary and its supporting details. This made the report for larger colonies very unwieldy to manage. Old activity report displayed only 13 different animal attributes.

    7. NEW Inventory Detail Report Now 25 animal attributes available (detail) instead of 13 for each individual animal. Inventory Detail Report available in an Excel downloadable file. Once downloaded you can sort the data as you would for other Excel files.

    8. The Excel download allows show you information previously not available online at eTaconic. Some examples include Show me my active breeders Finding a specific mating pair Where am I in this project? But first enabling AutoFilter in Excel Using the Inventory Report in Excel
