  4. Problems • Membership has fluctuated • Promotion has been limited • A division has developed • A bad reputation has developed

  5. Objectives • To reach out to those in need • To promote group orally and beyond • To bring togeather and once tightly nit group

  6. Audience • Those who have never been apart of any such group • Those who have been apart of a group but have fallen away • Those within the group that feel apart • Eldership of the church

  7. Strategies and Tactics • Personal studies • Promote using media and word of mouth • More activities for whole group • Encourage others to join

  8. Calendar • September-December Fall Retreat-October 20 Trunk or Treat-October 31 November 7-Ad airs November 17-Thanksgiving Dinner December 3-Last College Devo

  9. Calendar Cont. • January-April January 10-Welcome Back Devo February 1-Sex and Alcohol Seminar February 14th-Sweetheart Banquet March 14-Spring Retreat April 11th-Final Group Devo

  10. Budget • Tv/Radio Ads-$100-200 Dollars • Thanksgiving Dinner-$200 • Candy for Trunk or Treat-$200 • Retreats-$100/person
