  5. Frequency Reuse Because cell phones and base stations use low-power transmitters, the same frequencies can be reused in non-adjacent cells.

  6. Full Duplex System In full-duplex radio, the two transmitters use different frequencies, so both parties can talk at the same time. Cell phones are full-duplex.
