  2. Introduction This book is about a girl named Michelle who reads a book about wolves to her dog, Moka. Moka thinks wolves are free and a house pet is not free. Then Moka decides to leave the house because he wants to be a wolf. Will Moka love to be a house pet or a wolf?

  3. Vocabulary Pant- To breathe hard and quickly I was panting because of all that running.

  4. Vocabulary Continued Snuck (sneak) - to go in a secretive way I snuck out of the bed because I wanted to get my mom’s money.

  5. Vocabulary Continued Exclaim- to speak suddenly and with strong feeling. “Wow!” I exclaimed when I saw the present.
