  3. City Council Meeting – March 5, 2013 REGULAR SESSION [6:00pm] 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGES U.S. Flag Texas Flag: Honor the Texas flag. I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible. • PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS - Proclamation for Texas Week - Proclamation for Severe Weather Awareness Week 4. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and added to the Statutory Agenda for full discussion by request of a member of Council.) • Approve the minutes of the City Council Regular Session held on February 19, 2013. [Lee Woodward, City Secretary] • Approve Ordinance 2013-17 to amend the budget for FY 12-13. [Steve Ritter, Interim Finance Director] • Approve purchase of ½-ton extended cab pickup, ¾-ton extended cab pickup, and cancellation of previous purchase order. [Billie Smith, Procurement Manager]

STATUTORY AGENDA • Presentation, discussion, and possible action to authorize the City Manager to request participation in the HOME Investment Partnership Program Reservation System with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and approve Resolution 2013-04 in support of same.
