  4. Local churches led by evangelistic fruitful leaders who: win people to Christ, train leaders, and plant churches.

  5. #1 RE-FOCUS OUR IDENTITY Do research and make recommendations regarding clear and compelling mission/vision/values; and a strategy to communicate those to The Foursquare Church.

  6. #2 RE-DESIGN FOR ALIGNMENT THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION Make recommendations with regard to the missional roles and responsibilities of Central Offices, District Offices and The Local Church.

  7. #3 RE-ALIGN POLITY Do research and make recommendations with regard to ownership of church property. What are the implications of changing from denominational ownership of property to the local church owning it’s own property?

  8. #4RE-ALLOCATE RESOURCES Do research and make recommendations with regard to how we might use our resources most effectively to accomplish mission.
