  1. The Daily Dose of 5 Times Namaaz Namaaz forms the obligatory part of worship in the life of every Muslim. As per the Five Pillars of Islam it forms the second most crucial Pillar in cementing the Islamic faith in oneself. Salah or Namaaz is offered at different parts of the day right from the start of the day i.e. Fajer (Dawn) to Esha (Night Prayer) with three others interspersed during the day; mid-day Prayer or the Afternoon Prayer (zuhr), Evening Prayer (Asr) and late evening Prayer (Maghrib). This act of worship is indispensable for a practicing Muslim and a strict adherence thereof comes in the form of protocol. If we are to talk of Namaaz as a practice, then you’ll be surprised to know the wonders which it does for the body and soul. Psychologically it helps improve concentration, helps in muscles stretch and other bodily motor function as per recent studies. Moreover, the various positions during the act of Namaaz like Sujood & Rukuh help in eliminating stress and improves metabolism respectively. However, spiritually it helps in having a personal connect with God and makes one more disciplined when it comes to be being punctual as you start valuing time. And the other most inherent aspect of Namaaz is the recitation Of ‘Surahs’ all throughout the process as a part of Ibadah. Similarly you have one word chants which are chanted post the prayer on a tasbeeh. The chant in the popular culture is also known as Tasbeeh and mostly has the other 99 names of Allah to be chnaed on Prayer beads which is made of 100 pearls. The most common tasbeeh which is recited is ‘Alhamdulillah, Subhan Allah and Allah o Akbar There are also various designs and colors in Tasbeeh too in order to attract the young Namaazis (The ones who observe Salah). The most besotted Tasbeeh is the one from Saudi which is said to be made out of date seeds. Similarly the fancy ones help pull in interest of the young kids who are initiated into practice of offering salah. Tasbeehs also form popular gifting options .They abound in numbers at various religious ceremonies to be given as a mark of token of appreciation on completing Qur’an recitation.
