  5. Data Center Maintenance • Co-work with supplier engineer to maintenance : • Data center • Fire fighting • Binder & Cutter machine • Replace the 32 batteries of UPS. • Repair Water pumps in N'orch 12F.

  8. PBX System Maintenance • PBX maintenance in N’orch, TWC, Hanoi, Da nang and Can tho Office. • Support POS Dept. to extract recording data of all SC.

  9. Network Activity • Co-work with Viettel move the MPLS line from old Dong Nai office to new office. • Make the MRTGto monitor the bandwidth of all sites.

  14. PA : Surrender Case Random Checking • If the surrender value is over 20M, POS dept. have to random check in the re-check step. • Others, system will random 10% of total surrender cases each location.
