HEO/WIZ, HED, AdminRX down orders, nurse documentation, barcode scanning • System support will be rounding • Pharmacy system will operational. • Special Considerations • TPN ordering- • New orders- write Order to consult TPN team, TPN Pharmacist will complete order form • Existing TPN- TPN team will adjust TPN Sun am based on labs. • Insulin Drip & Electrolyte Replacement Protocols- RNs will adjust rate according to protocol • Nurse Managed Heparin Protocol will revert to Provider Managed Heparin Protocol – RN will call HO will PTT result and adjust orders. • Restraints- Charge nurse will contact HO to renew and after downtime is over • Code Status orders- Enter in StarFormas well as complete DT Code Status form ( Edocs)
